WHO ARE YOU?

You live in cyberspace. You understand the boundaries of the web, and more importantly, you seek to break them. Your professional design experience has spanned, at the very least, 5 years, from which you have great breadth and depth of work, easily switching from macro to micro (high level strategy to finessing designs at a vector or pixel level) and have applied your skills to real-world, human problems. You understand the value of design and brand within a business context.

You know the difference between good and great work, practicing design excellence by not only identifying and delivering best practices, but by also being able to push boundaries and explore new territory to deliver innovation. You have a point of view about your work and a passion for design, expressing this by participating in the wider design community. However, you know that better work is done through collaboration and have a desire to work in a highly creative team. You can also be self-directed when required, acting independently without guidance to understand a problem, discover an opportunity and propose possibilities. You have inspired your colleagues and clients alike, with your ability to produce and prototype concepts until you reach a solution that both works and is innovative.

Your communication skills are not limited to user interfaces - you can write and present clearly and effectively to get your idea across. In fact, your client facing skills are exemplary, you know how to build rapport and persuade or justify ideas when required. Through your past experiences, you have developed great attention to detail and become highly organised with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines whilst working across a large range of digital challenges, from website and app design through to all-encompassing, sometimes physical, interactive experiences.
